Thomas J. Philbin

Mr. Philbin is a member of the senior management team at Henderson Brothers. His broad range of responsibilities include supervising property and casualty insurance sales and acting as company liaison with property/casualty and group insurance carriers.

His in-depth knowledge of Henderson Brothers’ many products and services makes him a trusted advisor to his clients. His extensive experience covers multiple programs including: the insurance needs of technology companies; construction insurance programs; directors and officers insurance; and employment practices and liability coverage.

The growing number of cyber breaches has led to insurers to offer cyber liability insurance, covering losses not addressed in standard property and casualty coverage. Mr. Philbin will discuss the intricacies of cyber liability insurance and how it reduces risks of financial loss that could potentially cripple or close a business due to data breaches, illegal hacking or gaps in security.

Mr. Philbin received a Bachelors of Science in Business Finance from Duquesne University. His industry certifications includes: Insurance Industry Certification and Certified Insurance Counselor.
