Keynote Speaker: Bob Evans |
"IT is becoming BT (business technology) as it shifts from an internal focus on processes and transactions to the external world of customers, revenue, engagement and interactions. As more business customers and consumers deman more flexibility and options from their suppliers / partners than ever before, business technology becomes even more strategic. Can your company keep up? Why do some companies miss this point so badly? and how can they change that outdated -- and dangerous -- view of the world? How are some world-class companies transforming themselves to offer more-valuable and more-enduring value to their customers? We'll look into the question, "What Business Are You In Today?", and the role strategic BT can play in shaping the proper answer for the future."
