Cancellation Policy

 

If you are registered for a class and are unable to attend, please notify the Small Business Development Center at (412) 396-1633 as other applicants may be waiting for the course. Attendee substitutions can be made at any time and at no cost. The following cancellation/rescheduling policy applies to all classes unless noted otherwise:

- 5 or more business days notice: Full refund or may reschedule

- Less than 5 business days notice: No refund, but you can reschedule to another course

This seminar offers an in-depth understanding of export procedures combined with a thorough ‘hands on’ review of the appropriate documentation required to ensure a smooth and compliant international transaction.   Firms that rely on exports to enhance their bottom line can feel confident that attendees will have the training and references to succeed in today’s complex international trade environment.
