Cancellation Policy

If you are registered for a class and are unable to attend, please notify the SBDC at (412) 396-1633. Attendee substitutions can be made at any time and at no cost. The following cancellation/rescheduling policy applies to all classes unless noted otherwise:

 

- 10 or more business days notice: Refund minus $25 administrative fee, or you can reschedule to another course within 12 months of workshop date.

 

- Less than 10 business days notice: No refund, but you can reschedule to another course within 12 months of workshop date.

Pre-registration and pre-payment is highly recommended for all SBDC workshops. An additional $10 same-day registration fee will be added to the cost of the workshop for payment at the door – checks only, please no cash.
