Rollin’ Around Gourmet – A Food Truck with Over 40 Varieties of Egg Rolls!
Kelly Keller, owner of Rollin' Around Gourmet, became a client of the DUQ SBDC in December of 2022. With the assistance of Douglas Harding, senior business consultant at the DUQ SBDC, Kelly developed a business plan, including detailed financial projections, which helped her get approved for a business loan. This loan helped Kelly purchase a trailer and all of the necessary equipment to operate a successful food truck. Rollin' Around Gourmet officially opened in 2026.
