Duquesne University SBDC Welcomes Houston Harbaugh, P.C. to Pro Bono & Legal Services Program
Pittsburgh, PA - February 2026 - The Duquesne University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is proud to announce that the Health Care Law Practice at H ouston Harbaugh, P.C. has officially joined our Pro Bono & Legal Services Program, expanding the legal support available to small businesses and entrepreneurs across the region.
In addition, active clients who are already operating existing businesses may also engage directly with participating firms at a negotiated rate tied to their P/L, making the program valuable not just for startups, but for established companies navigating growth or operational challenges.
